Informational use only
Everything on this site — including pathway recommendations, blueprints, 30–90 day plans, and coaching frameworks — is informational in nature. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, therapeutic, or career advice.
Payment & billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Sahalee Group, LLC does not store your payment information. Momentum Support is billed monthly and may be cancelled before your next billing date.
Refund & cancellation policy
- Pathway Finder: Free. No purchase required — no refund policy applies.
- Parallel Path Full Report ($150): All sales are final once the report is delivered. Because the report is generated immediately from your Pathway Finder results and delivered digitally at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to use the free Pathway Finder first to confirm your pathway before purchasing.
- Clarity Plan sessions ($497): A full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund. If you do not attend without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. If we cancel your session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
- Momentum Support ($149/mo): Cancel before your next billing date at any time. No prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period already charged.
- PathCraft™ Blueprint ($75): All sales are final once the report is delivered. Reports are generated and delivered digitally at the time of purchase.
Personal use & intellectual property
All reports, frameworks, and materials are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or share any purchased content commercially without written permission from The Sahalee Group, LLC. All content is the intellectual property of The Sahalee Group, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sahalee Group, LLC and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
