Privacy Policy
We collect as little information as possible and avoid unnecessary tracking.
We do not sell or rent your information. Your responses are never used for advertising, never shared with third parties for marketing, and never sold — period.
What we collect
- If you use the Pathway Finder or PathCraft™ tool: the answers you choose to provide.
- If you optionally provide your name or email: used to personalize your results, deliver your report, and (if you provide your email) send occasional marketing communications from The Sahalee Group, LLC.
- If you purchase a product: your payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store your card details.
- If you book a Clarity Plan session: your name and email are stored to manage your booking.
- If you do not submit anything: nothing is collected.
How we use it
- To recommend a pathway and generate your personalized plan.
- To deliver your report or blueprint if you requested one.
- To manage your session booking and communicate with you about it.
- To improve our tools over time — using aggregate, non-identifying patterns only.
- If you provide your email, we may use it to send you marketing communications about The Sahalee Group's products, tools, and resources. You can opt out at any time by emailing info@sahaleegroup.com.
Local storage
The Pathway Finder saves your answers in your browser's local storage so they can be used to pre-fill your report on the Clarity Plan page. This data stays on your device and is never sent to a server unless you choose to purchase a report. You can clear it using the Reset button or by clearing your browser's local storage.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We may use minimal session cookies to support site functionality (such as the coach portal login). We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party behavioral tracking tools.
Third-party services
- Stripe / PayPal: payment processing. Subject to their own privacy policies.
- Calendly: session scheduling. Subject to their own privacy policy.
- Airtable: session and client data storage. Subject to their own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: font delivery. Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN.
Your rights
You can request that we delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@sahaleegroup.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the date of the last update at the bottom of this page.
