Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about how everything works — organized by product so you can find what you need quickly.

Pathway Finder

The free tool on the Parallel Path page

What is the Pathway Finder and is it free?

Yes, completely free. The Pathway Finder is a short four-question form on the Parallel Path page. You answer questions about your current season, available hours, primary goal, and visibility comfort. It recommends a realistic pathway and shows your two strongest transferable qualities — no account required, no email needed.

What does the pathway recommendation actually mean?

Each pathway is a plain-English description of a realistic approach that fits your current capacity and season — not a label or a personality type. For example, the "Quiet Execution Path" means: build income and momentum through quality and referrals, not public visibility. The recommendation is designed to give you a starting point, not a box to stay in.

What are the "top two qualities" shown in my results?

These are two transferable strengths that are most valuable on your recommended pathway — written in plain language, not jargon. They're derived from the combination of your season, goal, available time, and visibility comfort. For example, "Natural Organizer" or "Reliable Executor." Each includes a sentence explaining why it has real-world value, not just in one context.

What if my pathway recommendation doesn't feel right?

Try adjusting one answer and resubmitting — particularly your visibility comfort or primary goal, since these two inputs have the most influence on which pathway is recommended. If it still doesn't feel right, the Clarity Path is specifically designed to go deeper and map your options with more context than a form can provide.

Does the Finder save my answers?

Your answers are saved temporarily in your browser's local storage so they can be used to pre-fill your report if you purchase one on the Clarity Path page. Nothing is sent to a server, and the data clears when you use the Reset button or clear your browser storage.

Clarity Path

Self-guided report ($150) and guided Clarity Plan ($497)

What's the difference between the self-guided report and the Clarity Plan?

The self-guided report ($150) is generated automatically from your Pathway Finder results. It's structured and practical, covering your pathway, your top qualities, 5 season-fit ideas with effort and likelihood ratings, a weekly rhythm, and a 30–60–90 day plan. It's built from your form inputs and delivered immediately.

The Clarity Plan ($497) is built through a live 45-minute conversation. It takes your specific context, constraints, and season into account in ways a form can't. The result is more tailored — especially useful when your situation is complex, you're navigating a significant transition, or you've tried structured plans before and they haven't fit your real life.

Do I need to use the Pathway Finder before purchasing?

For the self-guided report, yes — the report is generated directly from your Finder results, so you need to complete the Finder first. For the Clarity Plan, the Finder is helpful but not required. Your intake form before the session covers the same ground in more depth.

Do I need to know what I want before starting?

No. Most people start with uncertainty or competing priorities. The sprint is specifically designed to help you find a clear next step from exactly where you are — not where you think you should be.

Will someone tell me what decision to make?

No. The goal is clarity without pressure. You'll leave with structured insight and a realistic plan so you can choose confidently on your own terms. No one is going to tell you what to do or apply pressure in any direction.

How quickly will I receive my plan?

The self-guided report downloads immediately after purchase. The Clarity Plan blueprint is delivered within 7 days of your session.

How many sessions are available each month?

Clarity Plan sessions are limited each month to keep the process thoughtful and personal. Availability is shown when you book. If spots are full, you can join a waitlist or choose the self-guided report in the meantime.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

For the self-guided report, all sales are final once the report is delivered due to the personalized, digital nature of the product.

For the Clarity Plan session, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund. If you do not attend without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. If we cancel your session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Is this therapy or professional coaching?

No. The Clarity Path is a structured planning experience designed to create clarity and momentum. It is not therapy, counseling, or a replacement for professional mental health services. It is also not financial or investment advice.

Momentum Support

Optional monthly follow-through add-on ($149/mo)

What is Momentum Support and do I need it?

Momentum Support is an optional monthly add-on that provides a light weekly check-in rhythm after your Clarity Path. It's designed for people who leave with a strong plan but find that follow-through — not clarity — is the hard part. It's not intensive coaching; it's a calm, consistent rhythm to keep you accountable without adding pressure.

Do I have to do the Clarity Path first?

Momentum Support works best after you have a blueprint from the Clarity Path, because there's a specific plan to stay accountable to. It's technically available without it, but less useful without an existing plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no minimum commitment. You can cancel before your next billing cycle at any time. No prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period already charged.

How does the weekly check-in work?

It's a short, focused touchpoint — not a full session. Typically 15 minutes or a brief async exchange, depending on your preference. The goal is to reset priorities, address any friction, and confirm your next step for the week.

PathCraft™

Career pathway guidance for students K–college ($75 report)

What is PathCraft and who is it for?

PathCraft is a structured career pathway tool for students from elementary school through college. Parents answer questions about their child's school stage, primary interest area, learning style, and current priority. PathCraft returns a personalized recommendation including two parallel career paths, a 30-day action plan, local scholarships and opportunities, and — for elementary students — age-appropriate activities to build interest and confidence.

How is PathCraft different from a career assessment?

Most career assessments return a personality type or a list of job titles. PathCraft returns a stage-specific, actionable plan — the next 30 days, two parallel career paths with real role names, and local resources matched to your child's ZIP code and interest area. It's built around what a family can do right now, not what a student might consider someday.

What does the $75 report include?
  • Two parallel career paths — a primary role and a backup in the same interest family
  • A 30-day action plan tailored to the student's stage and learning style
  • Local CTE programs, scholarships, apprenticeships, and colleges matched to the student's ZIP code and interest
  • For elementary students: parent-child activities, hobbies, and clubs matched to the interest area
  • A printable PDF blueprint the family can reference and share
What interest areas does PathCraft cover?

PathCraft covers seven interest families: Builder (engineering, trades, architecture), Creator (design, media, animation), Helper (healthcare, education, social services), Tech (software, cybersecurity, data), Business (entrepreneurship, marketing, finance), Nature (environmental science, veterinary, agriculture), and Undecided (broad exploration and strength discovery).

My child is in elementary school — is PathCraft useful at that age?

Yes. For elementary students, PathCraft focuses on curiosity and confidence rather than career direction. The report includes age-appropriate parent-child activities, hobbies to explore at home, and clubs or programs to look into — all matched to the child's interest area. The sections on scholarships, apprenticeships, and colleges are clearly marked as "coming in high school" so parents aren't overwhelmed with information that isn't relevant yet.

Does PathCraft work for college students?

Yes. For college students, PathCraft focuses on internships, specific degree programs, scholarship opportunities, and the parallel path between a primary career goal and an adjacent backup. The 30-day action plan is written as a professional commitment, not a student exercise.

How current is the local opportunity data?

Scholarship data, CTE programs, and university information are sourced from public datasets and updated periodically. Apprenticeship availability varies by region and is supplemented with national search links when local data is sparse. All recommendations include direct links to source sites so families can verify current availability.
